Service Scope:

• Configuration for Multi-Company: This service includes the setup of the multicompany environment in Odoo, allowing centralized management of different entities within your organization. Note that there must be one entity representing your organization and a number of entities representing the customers for which you want to operate their payroll. What is important from a scope perspective is the number of different types of customers and not the actual number of customers/ For example entities with two different localization needs will be counted as 2 different types of customers. Customers having all main attributes the same count as 1 type of customers (e.g. all companies in Cyprus using the same company and payroll structures)
• Payroll Setup: Configuration of up to five payroll structures, tailored to handle various types of payroll calculations and requirements. This setup supports the detailed management of employee payments, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and other expenses.
• Employee and Time Off Management: Comprehensive setup of the employees and time_off modules, providing tools for efficient management of staff records and leave requests, ensuring compliance and streamlined operations.
• Documentation and Training: Access to essential documentation for ongoing reference and mandatory training modules to enhance your understanding and utilization of the system:

Inclusive Services:

• Payslip Generation and Processing: Calculate and generate payslips, manage transfers to employee bank accounts directly from your account, and ensure accurate financial management.
• Monthly Invoicing and Subscription Management: Bill your customers monthly for the payroll services provided, including any additional fees or markups. This service is based on a subscription model with monthly renewal options, aligned with agreed terms with your customers.
• Customization and Localization Support: Although the payroll module is not pre-configured for Cyprus, we offer customization services to adapt the system to local regulations and specific payroll types. After understanding your specific needs through Excel-based rule definitions, we will configure Odoo to automate payslip generation effectively.

Project Terms and Payment:

• Service Duration: Estimated total of 80 hours for complete setup and configuration.
• Payment Structure: 50% payment upon project kick-off and 50% upon acceptance of the completed setup.
